Our hotel guest services members typically work at the front desk greeting and assisting guests, accommodating requests, answering calls, issuing keys, processing payments, providing recommendations and more. Additionally, within hotels our room service associates deliver food from restaurants and kitchens to guest rooms. We also supply bellman to lend a hand with luggage. Our concierge professionals take on duties from arranging tours for guests, to making reservations, to ensuring rooms are to the guest’s liking.
