A 2,500-plus-room luxury resort and convention center with 20+ restaurants and lounges had always staffed in-house. Reopening in 2021, it faced post-COVID labor shortages, unpredictable occupancy and four-star guest expectations. Xclusive team members are full-time W-2 Xclusive employees with health, medical, and dental benefits. They are not gig workers, and we do not subcontract our overnight janitorial teams.
Every associate completes onboarding and safety training and passes a rigorous background check. A dedicated local manager does introductory staff walkthroughs and weekly check-ins, and supervisors and team leads are available on-site.
Yes. Xclusive can run a fully managed housekeeping or janitorial department. It is also an Avendra-approved and HSM-approved overnight janitorial provider.
Xclusive holds a national contract with Marriott International and is a national service provider for Aimbridge Hospitality and Pyramid Global Hospitality. It currently supports 25 Sonesta properties.
