We’re thrilled to share that Xclusive Services has achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 59.2 — an exceptional result, especially within the staffing industry. This score reflects the high level of satisfaction and loyalty our clients and team members have in the service we provide every day.

We are also proud to say that in the category of four and five-star resorts we scored
an outstanding (NPS) of 80.

The Net Promoter Score is a widely recognized benchmark for measuring customer experience. It’s based on a single, powerful question: “How likely are you to recommend our company to others?” Responses are used to categorize customers as Promoters, Passives, or Detractors, resulting in a score ranging from -100 to +100.

An NPS above 50 is considered excellent across most industries, and in staffing, where the national average tends to be much lower, a score of 59.2 speaks volumes about the trust and satisfaction we’ve earned.
