Xclusive Services $100 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway Sweepstakes – Official Rules

1. SPONSOR
The Xclusive Services $100 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Xclusive Services (“Sponsor”), located at 8774 Yates Drive, Denver, CO 80031.

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Xclusive Services, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, June 24th at 12:01 AM and ends on Thursday, June 24th, 2025, at 11:59 PM (local time) (“Sweepstakes Period”). The winner will be randomly selected and notified on Friday, March 14th via email. The gift card will then be mailed to winner.

4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must submit their contact information (name, email, phone number, company, and job title, if applicable) through the official online entry form exclusively on xclusiveservices.com/xs-giveaway-entry-form. Limit one entry per person. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified.

5. PRIZE
One (1) randomly selected winner from today’s Dallas event and one (1) randomly selected winner from today’s San Antonio event will receive:

1 x Yeti Cooler

One (1) randomly selected winner from today’s Dallas event and one (1) randomly selected winner from today’s San Antonio event will receive:

1 x second place “mystery prize”

One (1) randomly selected winner from today’s Dallas event and one (1) randomly selected winner from today’s San Antonio event will receive:

1 x $100 Amazon Gift Card

Total prize value not exceeding $300. No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on Thursday, June 24th, 2025. The winner will be notified at the event and must be present to accept the prize. If the winner does not respond within the given time, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. PRIVACY POLICY
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants consent to receive marketing materials and Industry Insights from Xclusive Services via email. We will not sell, share, or distribute personal information to any third parties. Participants may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in our emails.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to:

Release and hold harmless Xclusive Services, its affiliates, and partners from any liability related to the Sweepstakes.
Allow Xclusive Services to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law).

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or for any technical issues that may prevent participation.
