Responsibilities:

Xclusive Services is currently seeking an Area Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of all assigned accounts in assigned market.

· Interviewing, hiring, and training company employees

· Strategically and consistently schedule service staff based on client orders

· Manage large groups of employees for placement in multiple locations

· Manage timekeeping systems and to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with company policies and deadlines

· Conduct ongoing training for employees

· Build and maintain relationships with clients in all departments

Responsibilities: The Business Development Manager’s objective is to demonstrate Xclusive Services unique value to potential customers and provide them with staffing and facility services solutions that meets their needs. This is done through C-suite level interaction/customer advocating within an organization to understand their needs, and then turn that into a vision for a comprehensive solution. This position requires the Business Development Manager to be well versed in financial acumen and to demonstrate an ability to navigate a highly competitive and complex selling environment. Special emphasis is placed on building advanced financial strategies that overcome gaps and pressures within the client’s operating budget.
