The Position: District Manager
Location: San Diego, CA
Pay Rage: $85,000 – $90,000

Responsibilities:
Xclusive Services is currently seeking a District Manager to effectively manage the daily operations of assigned cities in compliance with company policy and procedures to ensure a high level of quality
· Leads, guides, and directs operations of assigned markets
· Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and counseling of Management and Office Staff
· Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures as well as state and federal laws and regulations
· Create a team environment, motivate by exhibiting a positive influence of hand on operations management
· Accountable to the performance of the day-to-day operational requirements including resolving missing hours, managing overtime, ensuring order fulfillment, and resolving operational and personnel problems, and ensuring quality and consistent client service
· Develop and maintain relationships with Account Leaders through frequent account visits and social opportunities
· Foster account relationships to ensure a positive financial impact through increased business within a department, expansion to other departments and new accounts through client referrals
· Work with Sales team to identify upselling opportunities within assigned territory and existing accounts

Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years Managerial experience in the Hospitality/Customer Service/Services Industry
· Must be able to travel locally and regionally to various accounts
· Must be able to work outside of normal working hours including (AM/PM shifts, weekends, holidays, etc)
